How to make Turkey Tetrazzini. Turkey tetrazzini is a classic turkey leftover dish. Ingredients 2 tbsp of cornstarch 1 1/4 cups of milk 3/4 cup of broth 1/2 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of garlic powder 1/8 tsp of pepper 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp of dry white wine 1 can (4 oz) of drained mushrooms 1 jar (2 oz) of chopped pimiento 8 oz of spaghetti 2 cups of cooked turkey 2 tbsp of sliced almonds Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. 2. In a 3-quart saucepan, over medium heat, combine the cornstarch with the milk, broth, salt, garlic powder and pepper. 3. Bring this mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the parmesan, white wine, mushrooms, pimiento, cooked turkey, and spaghetti (cooked according to package directions and drained). 5. Pour this mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish. 6. Top with parmesan cheese and sliced almonds. 7. Bake in a preheated 375 F oven for 25 minutes or until the mixture bubbles and top is browned. 8. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Heat the butter and oil in a large wide saucepan and fry both until soft, about 10 to 15 minutes. Now very finely chop the bacon in the processor, and add this to the softened onion and apple mixture. Cook everything, stirring frequently, for about 5 more minutes and then add the clementine or orange zest. If youre going to make the allspice gravy youll need the juice from this fruit for that. Take the pan off the heat and let it cool a little before mixing in the gingerbread crumbs. You can let this get properly cold now if you want and put it aside. Just before cooking the stuffing, add the beaten eggs and pepper, mix, and use it to stuff the main cavity of your turkey, or cook all of it (or whats left after stuffing your bird) in a buttered baking dish.
